What we collect
When you send us a message through our enquiry form, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number and message. We use them only to reply to you and to help with what you asked about.
Bookings
Appointments are booked through Booksy, which has its own privacy policy explaining how it handles your details.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages for as long as we need them to help you, and then delete them.
Cookies and visit counts
If you accept cookies when the banner asks, we count visits to our pages so we can see which ones help people most. We don't use this to identify you, and nothing is counted if you decline. Our cookie policy has the details.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Just get in touch through our enquiries page.
